Presently many are raising kundalini gradually and you might not understand your symptoms. Therefore some information from a reading might be of help to you.

We have opened your records and we say to you that the physical body is going through changes to prepare you for future work that you will be doing with regard to Ascension. Your vibrations are increasing for the purpose of going through a phase that will lead you to the kundalini experience.

Actually this is what is happening to you now. There are moments when this experience is active and moments when the experience is not active. It is difficult for the body to enter into this experience fully and at once. So your soul has been directing your physical body to open to the kundalini experience gradually.

Those moments when you feel you are not in your body are but a path of that progression. You can tell this because for most of those experiences you will feel some heat in the body in different parts. Know that all is in order and you will progress through this eventually. When you finally raise the kundalini energy to the crown you will understand what your place is in the path of progression.

There is a fire of sorts that moves through the chakras and in that movement, it clarifies the dross of much that needs to be eliminated and that is the reason that the process seems slow. So it is not just that this procedure that has started, but it is also clarifying the physical. This is necessary because you have not been clearing the necessary debris from past lifetimes and this energy is clearing the past as well as preparing the present for this expansion of energy.

You see, in the past, mystics prepared for this process through their teachers and today this is not done to a great extent. Teachers can guide the student with regard to dietary guidelines and meditative work and today this is not being done. This means that people such as you must take the process in a very slow direction because there are so many other healings that must be done so that the body will not burn out. If this path is taken too quickly, there are electrical components in the physical that can be harmed and would require more healing. When the process is finished you will understand your path as you will commune with your higher mind and the Cosmic Mother.

While you are involved in this process there are some things that you can do while the physical body is rejuvenating itself. You could meditate more and that would help the process as this opens doorways between you, the ego self, and the higher mind. Also work with the Hara Line and the Hara. This is a place where the energy from the solar plexus connects with the Earth and also with Source in the center of the Cosmos. If you place your consciousness in the solar plexus and search beneath the physical body, you might see a line that runs from this area to the core of the Earth. If you cannot see this, then imagine it and imagine that you straighten this line. What this does for you is to make a more direct line from your power spot to the planet and it helps balance your physical body to Earth Energies.

Also do the same from the Solar Plexus to the center of the Cosmos. This is the soul's connection to Source the Maker of all or as we call this power, All-There-Is. If you work with this process, you will eventually hear the voice of your Maker speak to you and you can answer. This is a very rewarding process as you can obtain information regarding your soul before the kundalini process is completed.

Also meditation in the truest sense can retrieve this information from your soul or higher mind. We see the higher mind as the gateway to your soul monad which holds all the energy and experiences from your soul journey since you were created.

To meditate and receive these answers, you must quiet the mind and send the emotions of love and gratitude and be in perfect peace. Then wait for an answer after you feel a connection to this higher plane.
